The Central Bank of Libya stated that each private flight made by Presidential Council President Mohammed Menfi to Greece costs 380,000 dinars.
This came according to a special correspondence directed by the Director of Banking Operations at the Central Bank to the Director of the Treasury regarding payment according to an invoice transferred from the Presidential Council.
It stated that the trips in which these sums were spent are private made by Menfi with his family within the framework of vacations in Greece.
