A patrol of the Subul al-Salam Brigade of the National Army clashed with a cross-border armed group near the town of “Rabiana” in the southeast.
The Subul al-Salam Brigade’s patrol seized four armed vehicles, destroyed three others, and killed a number of members of the armed group, according to official sources from the area.
It’s noteworthy that these areas of the southeast witness a wide range of activities for smugglers and armed and terrorist gangs, and witnessed an attack by ISIS elements on the town of Tazerbu, near Rabiana years ago.
