Trump confirms ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi is dead

The US President Donald Trump has confirmed in an address Sunday afternoon that ISIS leader Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi is dead in North Syrian province, Idlib, saying the US forces have killed the most dangerous terrorist in the world in a very complicated operation.

Trump added that no US forces were killed or injured in the operation, painting a very vivid picture of the moments when Al-Baghdadi got killed, saying he was scared and crying and that he died a coward and like a dog.

“Baghdadi ran away to a tunnel during the operation. He had an explosive vest and dragged his three children with him to the tunnel. He then blew himself up killing his three children with him.” Trump said.

Trump thanked US allies for cooperation for the operation, adding that the war on terrorism isn’t over and that all terrorists must know that the US reach is very long.

He also explained that he watched the operation in the situation room of the US military and saw that Baghdadi was panicked and crying, adding that 8 helicopters were involved in the operation.
