Study suspended for a week over Coronavirus spread across Libya

The National Examination Center in Libya announced the suspension of studies for a week after the end of the Eid Al-Adha holiday, in the interest of the safety of students and schoolchildren at all levels – according to a statement issued by the center and published on its media platforms.

The center circulated the statement to all education monitors in all municipalities, based on the recommendations of the Minister of Education and the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Education.

The center noted that the resumption of studies will be on July 31, 2021, and the exams for the end of the second semester of preparatory school years will be on the previously scheduled date: August 7, 2021.
